Sizing guide
Each of our glasses is unique and exclusive since it has the FAN ART label, because it is illustrated and painted completely by hand, making it unique. This model is a semi-square frame that, with its lightweight design, provides comfort and style regardless of the shape and size of your face.
LENSES WITHOUT FILTER: These are lenses that do not have a filter or magnification, they only serve as a reference measurement when installing the formulated lens. (Glasses with this type of lens are indicated for people who use magnifying lenses).
LENSES REST
They do not have any type of increase.
They are lenses that protect eyesight from the blue light emitted by screens, helping to prevent visual fatigue, insomnia and headaches.
They are special for those people who do not use formulated or magnifying lenses in their daily lives, but who are exposed to different types of screens (cell phones, tablets, computers and televisions).
- ANTI-FLARE BLUE FILTER: It has blue light blocking and a UV400 filter.
- ANTI-REFLECTION PHOTOSENSITIVE BLUE FILTER: It has blue light blocking, UV400 filter, and also darkens with exposure to sunlight.
ORDERS IN COLOMBIA: You have 8 days from the delivery date to make a size change. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged. All original packaging must be intact (box, case, cloth, manuals and stickers).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders shipped outside of Colombia.
A product of excellent quality will reach your hands, but its durability depends on you, it is your responsibility to take care of them and treat them properly so that you can enjoy them for a long time.
The warranty for our acetate glasses is three (3) months for manufacturing defects and one (1) year for paint defects. The warranty begins upon delivery of the acetate glasses to the customer. It does not cover normal deterioration of the product, improper use, damage caused by not following care or maintenance instructions for acetate glasses.
Important: Once the guarantee has been requested, the Acetate Glasses must be sent, with a maximum time of 5 business days.
Acetate glasses with faults or manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge. If the defect in the acetate glasses is due to paint, they will be unpainted and the process will be done again with the same design and on the same acetate glasses.
IT IS NOT CAUSE OF WARRANTY:
- Clean them with dyes, perfumes, creams, greases, oils, solvents, alcohols and chemicals.
- Exposures to high temperatures not suitable.
- High impacts and falls.
- Sit on them.
- Force the hinges and flexes when putting them on and taking them off.
- Mishandling or alteration of the product by third parties.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence or improper use of the product.
- Products sold to third parties without authorization from the brand.
- Products with wear or tear of the acetate, burns, friction or friction against hard surfaces and sharp objects, among others caused by improper use.
